The primary mission of Leader Financial Services is to assist in providing affordable housing to first time home buyers by offering the best in professional and personalized residential mortgage service.

We seek to blend the best of both “traditional” and “innovative” mortgage banking services, while adding value to the Housing Finance Agency partnership.

 

Who are the “People” of Leader Financial Services?

The senior management team of Leader Financial Services possesses a wealth of experience. They are nationally recognized leaders within the mortgage banking industry. Their expertise dates back to the late 1980’s when first time home buyer programs first appeared; and at one time, they serviced perhaps the largest portfolio of first time home buyer mortgages in the nation. They are well versed in both the real world experience of HUD, GSEs and HFAs; as well as the needs of the first time home buyer. Their résumé’s include leadership positions in respected trade organizations and an executive directorship of one of the Midwest’s most active housing finance agencies. They are committed professionals who listen, understand and care.
